Gingoog is a Manobo word for “goodluck”. The word implies good fortune, thus Gingoog means the City of Good Luck. Gingoog’s pioneering tribe, the Manobo, settled in the area known as Barangay Daan Lungsod which later moved to the lower western side.

I have some best memories here in Gingoog; I love the people; peaceful place; dine by the beach and walk by the pier with my not girlfriend anymore. Owning this domain brings back good memories.
